Cancellation and Changes Policy

• Due to the discounted rates being offered, all tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable upon purchase and non-transferable upon start of the Asia West Coast Swing Open (AWCSO) event.
• Transfers are valid only upon notification before 31 March via the Pass Transfer Request form available at asiawcsopen.com, by the pass holder to the AWCSO organisers and receipt of confirmation from the AWCSO organisers.
• An admin fee of USD 20 is chargeable for any change requested.

Waive Right to Video and Audio Recordings

• I understand that my participation in the AWCSO event may be recorded on video, film and / or photographs, and I expressly agree to and grant unlimited right and authority to use any recording of my participation in the aforementioned event in any media, in perpetuity, in whatever manner and by whatever means, without obligation to me.
• Such recordings are the sole property of the persons or organisations making them.

Waive Right to Damages or Injuries

• I understand the physical risks of entering dance competitions and social dancing and assume full responsibility for any injury or personal damages resulting from my participation in the AWCSO event.
• I hereby, for myself and for my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights for damage I might have against the organisers of AWCSO and its agents, for any and all injuries and damages which may be suffered by me in participation at the AWCSO and any travel to and from the AWCSO location.

Compliance with Rules & Laws at AWCSO

• I agree to be bound by AWCSO organisers’ rules governing the event and to comply with the organiser’s reasonable directions.
• I understand that the AWCSO organisers reserve the right to remove me from the AWCSO event, without any refund of any fees, and to bar me from future events for any serious breach of rules or directions, non-payment, intoxication, disturbance and nuisance to staff and attendees, and/or any other unlawful, objectionable, improper, undesirable behaviour or activities at the AWCSO event and I shall be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury caused.

These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between the holders and the AWCSO organisers, and I am in agreement.
