Beginner Pass includes:

• Only for Local Westies who have been dancing less than 6 months.
• Level 1 workshops only.
• 2 nights’ (Fri & Sat) Shows.
• 4 nights (Thu to Sun) Social Parties.
• Complimentary 3 nights (Fri to Sun) Suppers, served at midnight.
• Not inclusive of Competition Division Fees.

Please note before you buy a pass:

• A tiered pass price is applicable only upon full payment by the tier deadline. Once the tier passes are sold out or the tier deadline has expired, the price will increase to the next tier up.
• Due to the discounted rates being offered, all tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable upon purchase and non-transferable upon start of the AWCSO event.
• In exceptional circumstances where we issue a refund to you, please take note that there will be an admin fee of USD 20 charged.
• Transfers are valid only upon notification via email to info@asiawcsopen.com by holder to the Organizer and receipt of confirmation from the Organizer at least 1 week before the start of the the AWCSO event, ie Thu 9 Apr 2026, 23:59.
• An admin fee of USD 20 is chargeable for any change requested.
