Booking Private Classes with Teaching Staff
Please note that AWCSO manages the booking of all private classes with our Teaching Staff, and collects a fee which contributes to renting the dance floor just for private classes. Teaching Staff will not accept private class requests and will forward all enquiries to AWCSO.
Private class bookings will open some time in March, when we have confirmed all the teaching staff’s flights / schedules. Please follow the AWCSO Facebook, Instagram and Web site for the announcement of the start of private class bookings.
Please note the terms and conditions that will apply when you are booking private classes:
1) Private classes will be arranged on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority will be given to those who have a full event / overseas pass.
2) Please note that if you have provided 3 choices, but only want 1 private class, you will be alloted only one private class.
3) Once we respond to your request, payment is required for confirmation.
4) For local attendees, payment for private class(es) will be via PayNow to confirm the class(es), and has to be made upon receipt of the confirmation email.
5) For overseas attendees, we will send you a Stripe invoice for payment of the floor fee to confirm the private class(es). Payment has to be made upon receipt of the confirmation email.
6)Â Payment must be received by Tue 14 Apr, 23:59 SGT to confirm your private class(es) allotment. Otherwise, the slot will be released and made available for on-the-spot requests during AO26. Please note that an additional SGD10 processing fee will be charged for credit card payments for on-the-spot requests at the Registration desk during AO26.
7) Please advise in the comment section when you are not available between Thu 16 to Sun 19 Apr, eg working, not in Singapore yet, on a local tour, competing at Sat’s NOV / INT JnJ etc. For overseas attendees, please provide your flight information.
8) You must have a dance buddy to be in the class with you – you can be denied your private class if you turn up without a dance buddy. There will be no refund of the SGD25 floor fee.
9) To avoid overcrowding in the Private Class area, only registered persons will be allowed to stay in the area. One dance buddy per private class student.
10) Floor spot booking is not required for private class bookings with Teaching Staff. Please do not send in a separate booking request for floor space.

If you wish to book private lessons with any of the Judging Staff, please contact the teachers directly about booking a class before booking floor space.
We will provide the floor space for private classes with the judging staff, but please note that AWCSO will charge a SGD25 floor fee per private. This is because we need to pay additional costs to provide that floor and it will only be used for private lessons.
