Please note:

• A tiered competition division price is applicable only upon full payment by the tier deadline. Once the tier deadline has expired, the price will increase to the next tier up.
• One-time competition fee and competition division fees are strictly non-refundable upon purchase and non-transferable upon start of the AWCSO event.
• In exceptional circumstances where we issue a refund to you, please take note that there will be an admin fee of USD 20 charged.
• Transfers are valid only upon notification via email to info@asiawcsopen.com by holder to the Organizer and receipt of confirmation from the Organizer at least 72 hours before the start of the the AWCSO event.
• An admin fee of USD 20 is chargeable for any change requested.
